| Rental Terms A 50% deposit is required within 7 days after making your reservation. Reservations will not be held if the deposit is not received. If you cancel your reservation at least 60 days prior to your check-in date, we will refund your deposit minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation less than 60 days prior to your check-in date, your entire deposit will be forfeited unless the villa can be rented for the reserved period at the same rental rate. The balance is due 30 days prior to your check-in date. Cancellation after the balance is received will result in forfeiture of your entire payment unless the villa can be rented for the reserved period at the same rate. There are no refunds for cancellations or interruption of stay due to illness or inclement weather including hurricane evacuation after the dates stated above. |

The villa will accommodate up to six guests with a maximum of four adults. Pets are not permitted to stay at the villa at any time. Smoking is not allowed in the villa. If any of these provisions are violated, your party will be asked to vacate the premises, the total rental fee will be forfeited and a cleaning fee may be charged. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the villa. Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. It is understood and agreed that the property owners will not be liable for any damage or injury to Guests or to damage to their personal property incurred during their stay. Guests and their family bear the risk of any injury. Guests agree to report promptly to the property owners or their local agent any mechanical, electrical, plumbing or other problems in the villa. Guests agree that the property owners or their local agent will have the right to enter and inspect the villa at all reasonable times to insure maintenance and safety of the premises. All items and furnishings must remain in the property and in original condition. Guests will be responsible for any damage. Guests will not rearrange or relocate furniture during their stay. While staying in the villa, Guests are responsible for trash removal and general housekeeping. Local phone service in Hilton Head and Bluffton is provided in the villa. Long distance calls must be charged to your credit card or made collect. Trailers, RVs and motorcycles are not permitted in Palmetto Dunes. The following charges will be added to your bill: |
